What You’ll Do:
As a Rebar Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, including contract reviews, scheduling, cost management, and customer relations. You’ll coordinate detailing efforts to deliver cost-effective and efficient solutions, ensuring contractual obligations are met while cultivating strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and architects. You’ll oversee change order processes, represent the company in project meetings, and work closely with internal teams to protect financial interests while achieving project goals.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced professional with at least three years of rebar detailing or construction project management experience. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience is required, along with a solid understanding of industry standards and codes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage time and multitask effectively, and experience in customer relations and dispute resolution. A background in contract management and financial oversight is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements:
This role includes regular visits to job sites and requires the use of personal protective equipment, such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, and hard hats. While the work schedule is primarily standard business hours, occasional extended hours may be necessary to meet project demands.
